Uses: Mechanism is to inhibit the ergosterol biosynthesis of fungal cell membrane, affect the permeability of cell membrane to inhibit its growth. Can be used in the treatment of superficial and deep fungal diseases, such as skin and fingernail tinea, white vaginal candidiasis, gastrointestinal fungal infections and so on, and the systemic infection caused by candida albicans, paracoccidioidomycosis and histoplasma.
